YogicPath — Pricing & Cancellation Policy

At YogicPath, we understand that making plans for an international Yoga Teacher Training requires commitment and careful consideration. Our Pricing & Cancellation Policy is designed to provide clear and transparent terms regarding course fees, deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and store credit.
By making a payment or confirming a booking with YogicPath, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
1. Course Pricing
All YogicPath course prices are displayed on the relevant course or registration page and apply to the selected:
- Yoga Teacher Training program
- Training location
- Course dates
- Accommodation option
Unless otherwise stated, the displayed package price is per student.
The applicable course fee is the price shown at the time the booking is made and confirmed.
Accommodation
Accommodation forms part of the selected training package. Different accommodation options may have different prices.
Students should carefully review the accommodation option selected during registration, as the accommodation choice determines the applicable total course fee.
Room allocation remains subject to availability.
2. Registration Fee
A $500 USD registration fee is required to reserve a place in the selected Yoga Teacher Training program.
The registration fee:
- Secures the student's place in the selected course and batch.
- Is applied toward the student's total course fee.
- Is non-refundable, except where YogicPath expressly determines otherwise under this policy.
- Is subject to the cancellation and rescheduling conditions described below.
The remaining balance is payable according to the payment terms communicated by YogicPath and, where applicable, at the Yoga Shala.
The current registration system also identifies the $500 USD payment as the amount required to reserve the student's place.
3. Full Payment
Students may choose to pay the full course fee at the time of booking.
Students who complete the full payment will receive confirmation of their booking once payment has been successfully received.
Where applicable, full-payment bookings may also include the benefits communicated on the relevant course or booking page.
4. Installment Payments
Where installment payment arrangements are offered, the applicable payment schedule and deadlines will be communicated to the student by YogicPath.
Students are responsible for ensuring that all scheduled payments are completed by the specified deadlines.
Failure to complete an installment payment on time may result in:
- Cancellation of the booking;
- Loss of the student's reserved place;
- Forfeiture of applicable payments; or
- Application of the cancellation policy based on the date of cancellation.
Any specific installment arrangement agreed in writing between YogicPath and the student will take precedence for that booking.
5. Promotional Pricing
YogicPath may offer:
- Promotional prices
- Early-bird offers
- Discounts
- Special campaigns
- Limited-time offers
- Other promotional pricing
Promotional prices may differ from standard course prices.
Promotional pricing is offered at YogicPath's discretion, and prices paid by individual students during different promotional periods are not subject to comparison, adjustment, or refund solely because another student subsequently receives a different promotional price.
By enrolling in a YogicPath course, students acknowledge and accept these conditions.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling eligibility depends on how much notice YogicPath receives before the scheduled course start date.
The applicable deadline is calculated from the original booked course start date.
6.1 Cancellation or Rescheduling 30+ Days Before the Course
If a student requests cancellation or rescheduling 30 days or more before the scheduled course start date:
Cancellation
The student may receive a refund of eligible amounts paid, subject to:
- Deduction of the $500 USD non-refundable registration fee;
- Applicable transaction fees;
- Currency conversion charges; and
- Any other non-recoverable payment-processing costs.
Rescheduling
The student may request one free rescheduling to another available YogicPath course date.
The new course date is subject to availability.
Any further rescheduling request after the one permitted reschedule will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
7. Cancellation or Rescheduling 8–29 Days Before the Course
If cancellation or rescheduling is requested 8 to 29 days before the scheduled course start date:
Refunds
No cash refund will be provided.
Instead, the eligible balance paid after deduction of the $500 USD registration fee may be converted into YogicPath Store Credit.
Store Credit
Store credit:
- Is valid for 18 months from the date of issue.
- May be used toward an eligible future YogicPath training.
- Is subject to availability and applicable course pricing.
Rescheduling
One rescheduling request is permitted and will be subject to a $200 USD administration fee.
No additional rescheduling will be permitted.
If the student subsequently cancels after using the rescheduling option, the entire store credit will be forfeited.
8. Cancellation or Rescheduling Within 7 Days & No-Shows
If cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 7 days of the scheduled course start date, or if the student does not attend the course without prior approval:
Refunds
No cash refund will be provided.
Store Credit
A portion of the student's eligible balance may be converted into YogicPath Store Credit valid for 18 months.
However, 50% of the total course fee will be deducted before the remaining eligible amount is converted into store credit.
No additional rescheduling will be permitted.
If a student cancels after rescheduling under this provision, the entire store credit will be forfeited.
9. Withdrawal After the Course Has Started
Once the training has commenced, no refund will be provided.
YogicPath Management may, at its sole discretion, consider whether the student is eligible for Store Credit on a case-by-case basis.
If Store Credit is approved:
- A minimum of 50% of the total course fee will be deducted; and
- The cost attributable to the days already attended will also be deducted.
If more than 50% of the course duration has already passed, Store Credit will not be provided.
10. Room Downgrades
If a student requests a change to a lower-priced accommodation option for personal reasons after booking:
No refund, Store Credit, or compensation for the price difference will be provided.
Students are therefore encouraged to carefully consider their accommodation preference before completing their booking.
This condition applies to the cancellation and rescheduling provisions where specifically stated in this policy.
11. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved under this policy, refunds will be processed after the cancellation has been reviewed and approved by YogicPath.
Please note:
- Refund processing may take a minimum of 6–8 weeks.
- Actual processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, payment method, and other processing requirements.
- Transaction fees may be deducted.
- Currency conversion charges may be deducted.
- Non-recoverable payment-processing costs may be deducted.
The refund amount received by the student may therefore be lower than the amount originally paid.
12. Store Credit
Where Store Credit is granted under this policy:
Validity
Store Credit is valid for 18 months from the date it is issued.
Use
Store Credit may be applied toward an eligible future YogicPath training program, subject to:
- Course availability;
- Available dates;
- Applicable course pricing; and
- Any difference between the original and new course fees.
Expiry
Unused Store Credit will expire after the applicable 18-month validity period.
Store Credit is not automatically redeemable for cash unless YogicPath expressly agrees otherwise.
13. Course Date Changes
If a student requests a change to their course dates, the request will be treated as a rescheduling request and will be subject to the applicable cancellation/rescheduling period described in this policy.
All new course dates are subject to availability.
YogicPath cannot guarantee availability for a particular future batch.
14. Travel, Visa & Entry Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring that they are legally eligible to:
- Travel to India;
- Obtain the required visa or travel authorization;
- Enter India; and
- Remain in India for the duration of the training.
Cancellation or inability to attend because a student failed to obtain the required visa, travel authorization, or entry permission does not qualify as force majeure.
This principle is also reflected in YogicPath's Terms & Conditions.
Students are strongly encouraged to verify all travel and visa requirements before making a non-refundable booking.
15. Promotional & Price Changes
YogicPath reserves the right to modify course prices, accommodation prices, promotions, discounts, and special offers at any time.
Such changes will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed unless otherwise communicated to the student.
Promotional pricing offered to one student or during one promotional period does not create an entitlement for another student to receive the same price or a retrospective adjustment.
16. Exceptional Circumstances
Requests arising from unexpected personal circumstances may be reviewed by YogicPath Management.
Any exception to this policy is granted solely at YogicPath's discretion and does not create a precedent or an entitlement for future cases.
Students are encouraged to contact YogicPath as soon as possible if an unexpected circumstance affects their ability to attend.
17. Acceptance of This Policy
By making a payment, submitting a registration, or confirming a place on a YogicPath program, the student confirms that they:
- Have read and understood this Pricing & Cancellation Policy;
- Accept the applicable payment terms;
- Understand the cancellation and rescheduling deadlines;
- Understand that the $500 USD registration fee is non-refundable;
- Accept the applicable Store Credit conditions; and
- Agree to comply with the terms of their booking.
Quick Cancellation Summary
Cancellation 30+ Days Before the Course
- Eligible for a refund, subject to deduction of the $500 USD non-refundable registration fee and applicable payment-processing charges.
- One free rescheduling option is available, subject to course availability.
Cancellation 8–29 Days Before the Course
- No cash refund will be provided.
- The eligible balance may be converted into YogicPath Store Credit.
- Store Credit is valid for 18 months.
