YogicPath — Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 7, 2026

By registering for a Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program with YogicPath, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Course Eligibility & Progression

1.1 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

The 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program is suitable for practitioners of all levels, from absolute beginners to experienced yogis.

However, participants are advised to have a basic foundation in yoga and, preferably, several months of consistent yoga practice before attending the training.

1.2 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

The 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is an advanced program intended for students who:

  • Have already completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training; or
  • Have been teaching yoga for three or more years and have extensive teaching experience.

In accordance with Yoga Alliance standards, completion of a 200-hour YTT certification is required before undertaking the 300-hour training.

To register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT 500, students must hold a 200-hour certificate from a Registered Yoga School (RYS). There is no standalone RYT 300 registration.

1.3 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

The 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive pathway combining the 200-hour and 300-hour programs.

It is intended for individuals who are deeply committed to pursuing a career in yoga and who have already developed a strong personal practice.

Students may undertake the 200-hour and 300-hour programs consecutively, provided they feel prepared for the intensity and commitment involved.

Students considering this pathway are encouraged to contact the YogicPath team before booking so that we can help determine whether the program structure is appropriate for them.

2. Age Requirement

All participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment.

This requirement applies to Yoga Alliance certification. By completing a booking with YogicPath, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.

YogicPath shall not be responsible for any inability to issue a certificate resulting from a participant's failure to meet this requirement.

3. Medical, Psychological & Dietary Requirements

Participants must disclose, and discuss with YogicPath before booking, any:

  • Medical conditions
  • Psychological conditions
  • Dietary requirements
  • Physical limitations
  • Other circumstances that may affect their ability to safely and fully participate in the training

All students are required to sign the applicable waiver before commencing the training.

Failure to disclose relevant conditions or limitations may affect participation and may limit YogicPath's ability to provide appropriate support.

4. Travel & Entry Requirements

It is the student's responsibility to ensure that they are legally eligible to:

  • Travel to India;
  • Obtain any required visa or travel documentation; and
  • Enter India for the duration of their training.

Students should verify all applicable travel and entry requirements before making their booking.

Cancellations or inability to attend resulting from failure to meet applicable travel or entry requirements shall not be considered force majeure.

5. Accommodation

5.1 Room Representation

Images of rooms and accommodation displayed on the YogicPath website are representative examples only.

The actual room assigned to a student may differ in:

  • Size
  • Layout
  • Furnishings
  • Décor
  • Other room features

Room allocation is subject to availability.

5.2 Meals

YogicPath provides two or three meals per day, depending on the training location and the specific program.

Students should review the details of their chosen training program to confirm exactly what is included and make any necessary arrangements accordingly.

5.3 Package Pricing & Additional Guests

All accommodation package prices are per person.

Students wishing to bring a significant other or another guest to stay with them during the course must book a private room.

An additional guest fee will apply for the entire stay.

Where applicable, the additional guest package may include:

  • Meals
  • Access to common resort facilities

Any additional guest charged on a per-night or per-meal basis will also be subject to the applicable additional fee.

5.4 Shared Accommodation

Students staying in shared accommodation are responsible for establishing and maintaining arrangements with their roommate(s).

YogicPath is unable to accommodate or intervene in personal disagreements, disputes, or other matters arising between students sharing a room.

Students who have specific accommodation preferences or require greater privacy and flexibility are encouraged to book a private room.

5.5 Accommodation Requirement for Male Students Travelling Alone

Male students travelling alone are required to book a private room.

If a male student accidentally books shared accommodation, they should contact YogicPath at:

training@yogicpathytt.com

5.6 Nature of Accommodation

Although accommodation forms part of the YTT package, YogicPath does not operate as a hotel or resort.

Accommodation is provided solely as part of the yoga teacher training package and is not the primary service offered by YogicPath.

6. Payment Terms

YogicPath offers the following payment options:

Option A — Full Payment

Students who pay the full course amount at the time of booking will receive:

  • Immediate booking confirmation
  • Free lifetime access to the YogicPath online platform, including:
    • Online course
    • E-book library
    • Bonus materials

Option B — Deposit Payment

Students may choose to pay a €500 deposit to secure their place in the training.

The deposit serves to secure the student's place.

The student's booking will be confirmed once the deposit has been received, and a booking confirmation will be issued.

The remaining balance must be paid by the payment deadline communicated by YogicPath at the time of booking.

Option C — Installment Payment

The installment payment terms and applicable conditions should be communicated to the student at the time of booking.

[Insert YogicPath's approved installment schedule and conditions here.]

Note: The uploaded source document begins the “Installment Payment” section but does not provide the actual installment schedule or conditions. I have therefore left this section as a placeholder rather than inventing payment terms.

7. Agreement to These Terms

By submitting a booking or registration for a YogicPath training program, the student confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions;
  • Meet the applicable eligibility requirements;
  • Have disclosed relevant medical, psychological, dietary, and physical considerations;
  • Accept the accommodation conditions applicable to their booking; and
  • Agree to comply with the payment terms communicated by YogicPath.

YogicPath reserves the right to require students to complete additional forms, waivers, or declarations before participating in the training.

Important

This version is cleaned up and professionally structured from your uploaded document, but it is not a complete legal terms document yet. The source only provides sections through the beginning of the installment-payment section.

For a final website Terms & Conditions, I would strongly recommend adding the missing sections for:

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Transfer / Date Change Policy
  • Force Majeure
  • Course Cancellation or Changes by YogicPath
  • Certification
  • Student Conduct
  • Health & Safety
  • Liability & Assumption of Risk
  • Travel / Visa responsibility
  • Photography & Media
  • Online course access
  • Intellectual property
  • Privacy & personal data
  • Dispute resolution / governing law
  • Contact information

Those are especially important for a residential international YTT program.
